Our Head Chef is a passionate and ambitious culinary professional from Olsztyn – the heart of Warmia and Masuria, a region known for its goose, freshwater fish, and fresh herbs. Her love for cooking began in childhood, nurtured at home and during summers spent with her grandmother in Podlasie. She began her culinary journey at just 16 years old, gaining her first experience in Olsztyn’s first artisan pizzeria after finishing high school.
She went on to study Gastronomy – The Culinary Arts at the University of Warmia and Masuria, all while gaining hands-on experience in Polish, European, Italian, Japanese, and Latin American cuisine, working her way up from kitchen assistant to Sous Chef.
After completing her studies and internships at acclaimed restaurants, she moved to Warsaw, where she now shares her culinary vision and creativity with our guests as the Head Chef of Taste & Tap.
