Our Head Chef is a passionate and ambitious culinary professional from Olsztyn – the heart of Warmia and Masuria, a region known for its goose, freshwater fish, and fresh herbs. Her love for cooking began in childhood, nurtured at home and during summers spent with her grandmother in Podlasie. She began her culinary journey at just 16 years old, gaining her first experience in Olsztyn’s first artisan pizzeria after finishing high school. She went on to study Gastronomy – The Culinary Arts at the University of Warmia and Masuria, all while gaining hands-on experience in Polish, European, Italian, Japanese, and Latin American cuisine, working her way up from kitchen assistant to Sous Chef. After completing her studies and internships at acclaimed restaurants, she moved to Warsaw, where she now shares her culinary vision and creativity with our guests as the Head Chef of Taste & Tap.
Our Manager brings over 20 years of experience in gastronomy and hospitality.
His career began in culinary school, followed by hands-on learning in a wide range of roles — from waiter and bartender to management positions in prestigious hotels and independent restaurants.
He has always been fascinated by the unique energy of a restaurant — the atmosphere that begins to take shape even before the first guest walks through the door. He believes that the true success of hospitality lies not only in excellent cuisine, but in the atmosphere that brings people together.
Today, as Manager of Taste & Tap, he leads his team with passion and care, ensuring that every visit becomes a truly memorable experience for our guests.
